1. Introduction
Welcome to Aerozona Aerospace. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the drone repair, sales, consultation, and related services (“Services”) provided by Aerozona Aerospace. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Scope of Services
We provide comprehensive drone services including diagnostics, repair, maintenance, sales, and consultation. All Services are subject to availability and applicable laws.
4. Diagnostic Fees & Estimates
A diagnostic fee (for example, INR 750) may be charged to evaluate your drone. This fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair. Should you approve the repair, the fee may be waived or credited toward the final repair cost.
5. Repair Process & Payment
Upon your approval of the repair estimate, our technicians will perform the necessary repairs. Full payment is required upon completion of the repair and must be made via the specified payment methods (such as Cash or UPI). You must collect your drone within 20 days of notification; otherwise, we reserve the right to dispose of or resell the drone to recover storage costs.
6. Warranty & Disclaimers
All repairs and services are provided on a best-effort basis. Unless expressly stated in writing, Aerozona Aerospace disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All sales of products and services are final. Refunds will only be considered for defective products upon delivery or as required by applicable law. For services, once work has commenced or been completed, cancellations are not accepted.
8. Shipping Policy
For product sales, shipping charges and delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Aerozona Aerospace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. The risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of the use of our Services is strictly limited to the amount you paid for that service. Under no circumstances shall Aerozona Aerospace be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aerozona Aerospace, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or any breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
