Full payment is required at the time of purchase or before the commencement of any service. We accept payment via cash, UPI, and other specified methods.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be considered for products found defective upon delivery or as required by applicable law. If you believe a product is defective, please contact our support within 7 days of delivery.

4. Returns and Cancellations

For product sales, if a product is found to be defective, you may request a return or replacement. Once a service is initiated, cancellations will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Aerozona Aerospace is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. The risk and title of the product transfer to the buyer upon delivery.
